Looking for Metaphors

While this has nothing to do with WhoreChurch, I get far more traffic here than at my creative writing blog. I am asking over there for people to provide some metaphors so if you have some, or want to read some, go. Here’s the link:

    Wow, I’m speechless. I believe that Jesus still asks us to minister to “the least of these” and upon His return, I think it will be the pius and self-rightous that will SOL. And Jenny is right, Jesus loves you, but that won’t save you from the flames of hell.

    This seems a strange thread for this comment, but OK.

    It is true that Jesus’ love won’t save me from the flames of hell, but don’t you believe that Jesus’ sacrifice just might? Wasn’t his sacrifice prompted by his love? Just a thought…

    BTW did you get a chance to watch Colbert’s metaphor off with Sean Penn? Joy, pure joy for word lovers. I’ll look for a clip for you and send a link just in case you haven’t yet seen this brilliance.

    Don’t get too excited hazel, writing for money has consumed me and I don’t have much there. Heck, the blog is so undernourished you can count it’s ribs. It might have rickets too.
